but before I go........
I have just been scanning latest PEW Report about Spam.
In the last three hours I have received 17 mail messages, 100% of which are spam. About 95% of my mail is spam, but that's my own fault for publishing my e-mail addresses all over the place! chris@usabilityviews.com ( go on, harvest me I don't care anymore ).
I have realised that I am developing an aversion to e-mail. I don't look forward to opening my e-mail and I even feel a bit nervous about sending e-mail to people because I don't want to add to the load on peoples in-boxes.
In short I now belive that e-mail belongs to the spammers and I am venturing into their territory whenever I send an e-mail. I have started to ring people on the phone instead of a-mailing them. I have arranged to meet people in the pub for half an hour instead of e-mailing them. I have even considered sending a hand-written letter to people I cannot phone or meet in person.
