Blogs and KM

There's an interesting article in the current edition (Dec 2004) of Communications of the ACM from Steve Cayzer at HP Labs in Bristol.

Apparently HP is interested in ways of accessing information 'snippets' , and the Sematic Web Group at Bristol has developed a demonstrator for 'decentralized, informal KM'.
